DIY NON-DAIRY CREAM /CHEESE SAUCE 

Super healthy non-dairy cream sauce

Uses:

  • Pasta/lasagne
  • Spread
  • Salad dressing
  • Any replacement for cream/cheese for savory foods

Ingredients: (depends on amount/use) 

  • Nutritonal yeast (base)
  • Cashew /& pine nuts
  • Diced raw garlic
  • Cumin, curry powder, pepper, salt & dry herbs
  • Tomato paste
  • Pinch of stock (optional)
  • Water / nut milk
  • Olive oil

Method: 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender
  • Add qty of water depending on thick or thin sauce needed
  • Blend until smooth
  • Use right away or store in the fridge -up to 3 days!!
