Kale chips:

  • Wash kale and de-stem
  • Place pieces on a baking tray
  • Heat the oven to 100°c
  • Add good oil, salt, pepper and favourite herbs
  • Toss and mix
  • Bake for 45minutes
  • Place onto a paper towel and consume straight away
