GREEN JUICE (RAW)

Just as my title says ‘what juice? Green juice!’

I mean we have all heard of it. How good it is for our blood and our skin and more!  But how many of us keep making and drinking it??

INGREDIENTS:

  • Washed curly kale
  • Parsley/Coriander 
  • Frozen green grapes 
  • Apples (green is nicer) 
  • Lemon 
  • Nectarine & Plum
  • Tangerine 
  • Wheatgrass
  • Pure Aloe Vera Liquid Extract 20ml

METHOD:

  1. Juice the kale and hard fruit in a juicer
  2. Add the juice to the grapes and combine with soft fruit and remaining, blend until smooth
  3. If the juice is very bitty then strain through a sieve or cloth
  4. Consume in due time
  5. It’s soooo good!
  6. If you feel dizzy after consuming green juice- DONT WORRY- it’s normal as the toxins are slowly leaving your body -meaning you need to drink more!
