Just as my title says ‘what juice? Green juice!’
I mean we have all heard of it. How good it is for our blood and our skin and more! But how many of us keep making and drinking it??
- Washed curly kale
- Frozen green grapes
- Apples (green is nicer)
- Nectarine & Plum
- Pure Aloe Vera Liquid Extract 20ml
- Juice the kale and hard fruit in a juicer
- Add the juice to the grapes and combine with soft fruit and remaining, blend until smooth
- If the juice is very bitty then strain through a sieve or cloth
- Consume in due time
- It’s soooo good!
- If you feel dizzy after consuming green juice- DONT WORRY- it’s normal as the toxins are slowly leaving your body -meaning you need to drink more!
