~Fast, healthy breakfast smoothie~Β 

In a fast moving city with lots to do, breakfast is slowly fading out in being the most important meal of the day.

I have a quick healthy filling recipe that I hope you can enjoy.

🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌

INGREDIENTS:Β 

  • Gluten free oats (raw)
  • Raw protein powder
  • Unsweetened almond milk
  • Lots of cinnamon
  • Frozen Banana
  • Frozen peach

METHOD:Β 

  • Put all ingredients into a blender till smooth
  • Transfer to an on-the-go bottle

DONE!
