I make it my priority to drink or make a fresh green juice at least 3 times a week.

Other than green juice I drink lots of water with chia seeds, green tea and homemade smoothies.

STEP 1: Chop veggies & fruit (I used- cucumber, lemon, green apples, coconut water, spinach)

STEP 2.1: put veggies & fruit through a  juicer (not the coconut juice or spinach /any herbs)

STEP 2.2: place spinach, coconut juice and juice from juicer into a blender and blend till smooth.

STEP 3: use a fine strainer or cloth to strain juice (gets rid of all the pulp and extra stuff)

STEP 4: transfer to mason jar and drink up!

As you can see the colour is super dark and this drink tasted fabulous !!
