HOMEMADE CHAI TEA -Ayurvedic Medicine

Loving my chai tea these days….. So I decided I would make it myself.

What you need: 

  • Cinnamon sticks 
  • Star anise 
  • Black peppercorns (optional) 
  • Dried ginger
  • Black tea leaves 
  • Cloves 
  • Dried cardamom 
  • Empty tea bags 

Method:

Grind down all the ingredients into small pieces and place into a tea bag.

Keep tea bags in a zip lock or box for freshness.

TOP TIP: Rinse tea bag with hot water before use. Drink it with hot water or add into hot nut milk for a latte! (Top with extra cinnamon and nutmeg)
