Homemade apple sauce / dessert

This dessert recipe is easy on the stomach, easy on blood sugar levels, it can easily be given to young ones and to those who have overcome vomiting/diarrhea.

Ingredients: 

  • Apples – peeled + washed -recipe based on 3 apples.
  • Cinnamon (tablespoon)
  • Coconut sugar (pinch)
  • Organic thick honey (tablespoon)
  • 3 tablespoons of distilled water

 

  • Method:
    • Turn oven on to 150°C
    • Add all the ingredients into a sheet of aluminum foil and close
    • Place into a baking dish for 40 minutes
    • Remove carefully and mash or eat as is, you can also add some ice cream or plain yogurt if you like
