This dessert recipe is easy on the stomach, easy on blood sugar levels, it can easily be given to young ones and to those who have overcome vomiting/diarrhea.
- Apples – peeled + washed -recipe based on 3 apples.
- Cinnamon (tablespoon)
- Coconut sugar (pinch)
- Organic thick honey (tablespoon)
- 3 tablespoons of distilled water
- Turn oven on to 150°C
- Add all the ingredients into a sheet of aluminum foil and close
- Place into a baking dish for 40 minutes
- Remove carefully and mash or eat as is, you can also add some ice cream or plain yogurt if you like
