I love making this dip because it’s quick and easy and tastes delicious!

Ingredients (based on one can) 

  • Tinned cannellini beans
  • 1 Tablespoon of Organic tahini
  • Salt + Pepper
  • Mint + herbs  (for topping)
  • One juice of a lemon
  • Half a cup of distilled Water
  • 1 Teaspoon of good Olive oil

What you need 

  • A blender
  • A bowl
  • Some crisps/chips or anything to eat it with

What to do 

  • Wash the tinned beans prior to using them
  • Blend all ingredients except the mint/herbs
  • Place blended ingredients into a bowl and eat as it is or set in the fridge for a couple of hours.
  • Top with mint/herbs
