If you live in Hong Kong, hopefully you have seen Superfood Lab’s products that are all over town. If not have a look at a few of these superfood products I kindly got sent and see how I used them along with their nutritional values.

My favourite ways to consume it:

  • Topped onto a salad (pictured)
  • Tossed into stir-fries at the last minute
  • Add to an oat and seed trail bar recipe
  • Add into savoury gluten & dairy free muffins or bread
  • Add into quinoa salad

Shelled Sunflower Seeds (RAW)

My favourite ways to consume it:

  • Add onto salads / soups / cereal
  • Make it into a vegan Dip or Spread (Ingredients in photo above, result below)
  • Eat them as they are as a snack
  • Roast them quickly and add onto Broccoli
  • Add them into your vegan ‘cheese’ sauce mix to make it more nutritious and creamier
  • Add to a shake & banana & nut milk & cinnamon & berries
