Healthy snack ideas and haul // Green Vitamin

Heyyy Friends,

With allergies, intolerances, illnesses or even just wanting to eat well, Do you find that you are sometimes stuck for snacks whether you’re in the office, on the go or just getting home? Well I do, it’s quite hard to find a healthy snack which are free from all those E numbers and artificial ingredients.

I find it’s always best to buy in bulk or prepare your snacks in advance so when you need that booster you’re not running into the nearest 711 or convenience store to find something you want to or can eat. (These packets are all resealable)

Green Vitamin in Hong Kong introduced me to these natural and healthy snacks, they are also vegan, raw, gluten free and free from any artificial ingredients. Yay!!

Let’s get started with this haul.

Flaxseed Crackers

*They help lower cholesterol. High in fibre, Magnesium, Omega-3 Fat and more! (comes in lots of flavours too)

Kale Chips

  • High in Anti-oxidants, Iron, Vitamin K/A/C,  Anti-inflammatory, Calcium and more! (if you like a spicy kick too then there is a flavour for you!)

*Variation of raw nut and coconut flours, coconut butter, vanilla, himalayan salt, Ecuadorian, Cacao, Organic Maple Syrup, Cinnamon, coconut flakes = ALL HEALTHY

Wheatgrass shots

*Healing to your body, high in chlorophyll, purifies body, good enzymes, helps detox = Basically THIS is a super-superfood, I find this is AMAZING! it’s slightly sweetened with stevia and I shot it every morning. Drink within 30 minutes from removing from the freezer

Try them for yourself to see that it’s not hard to be healthy as long as you are prepared.
