What is Reishi Mushroom?
Native to Asia & North America, Reishi mushroom has been named the ‘key to immortality’, or the ‘herb of good fortune’. It’s chinese name lingzhi means ‘miraculous, sacred, divine, effective. Its a tough dark and shiny fungi with a slightly bitter taste (similar to a shiitake mushroom) and mostly used for medicine.
