Beetroot & veggie juice – how to + benefits 

Benefits:

What you need: 

  • Blender
  • Juicer
  • Fine Strainer & large glass
  • Ginger (1 palmful)
  • Carrots (5)
  • Cooked small Beetroot (4)
  • Cucumber (2)
  • Apples (4)

Method: 

  • Wash, peel, chop the ingredients
  • Put all ingredients through the juicer *except cooked beetroot
  • Put beetroot in the blender
  • Add the juice to the blender and blend with the beetroot
  • Put your cheese cloth or strainer over your cup
  • Pour juice through
  • Add Ice if you wish
