Delicious Edamame dip & Caramel dip (vegan, gluten free) 

Tummy friendly, vegan, gluten free, non-bloating and healthy! I would like to share my version on these two dips. Delicious and moreish, takes only minutes to make and will definitely replace those junk food cravings!

Ready In: 10 minutes each

Edamame Dip Ingredients:

  • Pre-cooked and de-shelled edamame beans (1cup)
  • Raw garlic (1 clove)
  • Pink salt, cracked pepper (pinch of each)
  • Apple Cider vinegar (1tsp)
  • Tahini (1tbsp)
  • Zaatar (topping only)

Caramel Ingredients: 

  • Soaked & Pitted dates (1cup)
  • Apple cider vinegar (1tsp)
  • Coconut oil (1tbsp)
  • Vanilla Extract (1tsp)
  • Pink Salt (pinch)

Method for Both:

Place your desired amounts into a high-speed blender / food processor and blend until smooth, eat as it is or store in the fridge, for up to three days. The edamame dip is great to use as a spread or vegetable chip dip and the caramel goes great with apples or to use inside raw desserts.

  2. loving the unusual combo of flavours here – it has never occurred to me to make dip from edamame. Looks good.
