Easy Energy Bliss Balls

This is such an easy recipe full of enjoyable simple organic whole ingredients. It’s best to make a few of these and keep them in the freezer until you want to consume and share them. The balls are split into two then need to be rolled together then topped. I used smooth peanut butter then added in crushed macadamia nuts for great flavour and nutrition, yet you can also just use the crunchy version. Try to buy organic and raw if you can; get the best quality possible.


Prep Time: 10 Mins

Set Time: 30 Mins

Ready In: 40 Mins


 Ingredients:

  • Peanut Butter w/ nuts
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Coconut milk
  • Desiccated coconut / hemp seeds / crushed bee pollen

Method:

  • You will need a silicone mould preferably rounded / semi-circle
  • Mix the coconut milk and the chocolate till smooth over a low heat
  • Melt the peanut butter in a separate pan
  • Add the mixtures separately into the moulds
  • Place in the freezer until set
  • Using the heat from your hands roll the chocolate side and the peanut side together, closing up any gaps
  • Roll into toppings, eat as is or freeze
